“Mass Murder on an Unimaginable Scale”

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll know that british authorities foiled a plan to blow up 9 planes leaving from London, and possibly heading towards America.

I just have one question: What is it with these terrorists and planes?

  • 9/11
  • Shoe bomber
  • Today, this “Unimaginable Scale” thing

All three of these about planes. I mean, flying them into a building and using them as missles is one thing, but just blowing up a plane in mid-air? I mean - yeah - a plane blows up and people die. But that’s nothing compared to what they could do by - actually, forget it, I’m not going to imagine ways to kill as many people as possible. I’m not a terrorist.

I know that everybody says that our government isn’t good at protecting us, but really - we thwarted two plots in the past 3 months - the tunnel one in NYC, the one in Seattle, I think it was - and now the British have done this. If you ask me, the U.S. and British government are doing some pretty good jobs at protecting us after 9/11. Say what you want about the Bush Administration but they’re doing a good job on that front. Not the Iraq front, but everyone has their HUGE mistakes.

Smiley Central

They are, as they say, the next generation of smileys! Smiley Central is a toolbar for IE and Firefox that lets you use all sorts of completely awesome smileys which look shiny, and 3Dish. Here are only a couple of them:

Awesome, they have my name!!! AND it’s spelled right! So I’m going to be using these smileys to experss myself in the brand new, completely pointless, easily forgotten, but totally awesome because of the smileys, Mood-O-Matic!!!

Note that the toolbar has this built-in search and annoying other things, but it’s not spyware or adware, so it’s pretty cool.
